Internal Diegetic Sounds

These are two examples of internal diegetic sounds. A internal diegetic sound is one that only a character can hear and the ones beside him cannot. Usually is one that he imagines and hears in this mind. For example in the second clip the girl imagines the sounds of the battle depicted in the picture. On the other hand, in the first clip, the boy is listening to loud music. When his sister pulls out the earphones we, the audience, hear the change as if we were the boy.

Pink and Green

In this optical illusion, if you follow the movement of the rotating pink dot with your eyes, the dots will remain only one color, pink.
However, if you stare at the black + in the center, the moving dot will turn green.Keep concentrating on the black + in the center of the picture. After a short period, all the pink dots will slowly disappear and you will only see a single green dot moving in a circle.

Color Blindness Tests

The following are common tests used to detect color blindness. Can you read the numbers hidden in each square?
You should see 58 (upper left), 18 (upper right), E (lower left) and 17 (lower right). If you cannot see any of the above numbers/letters, you may suffer from color blindness.

Heat Waves

Stare at the center of the moving image for approximately 60 seconds and then look at some writing or something similar. This optical illusion should cause the writing to be wavy (much like heat waves on the highway on a very hot day!)
